This is the stock of my new Norinco JW2000 after six rounds of light target shells. Please excuse the cell phone pictures:

Not surprising, really, but if anyone has any ideas on how to repair Elmer Fudd's Boomstick or prolong it's life, I'd be open to suggestions. Failing that, I'll keep feeding it until it breaks in half....and I don't think I've got long to wait for that.

Now that is truly incredible for such a low count of LIGHT LOADS...:eek::eek:

Im assuming if you ran the heaviest 3" loads youd have a face full of splinters... (Wouldnt recommend that however ;)) I knew these shotguns had a service life... but wow... not that quick... :(

I just shipped mine back to the dealer for exchange, so assuming that all works out I'll be singing their praises later. As I was packing it up, I noticed the left side plate had also come loose - I think some blue Loctite is going to be a major part of the initial strip-and-clean on my next one.

Sorry about bringing this back to the top, but I just wanted to follow up: Frontier Firearms exchanged this for me without any trouble, and while there's a bit of slag on the barrel of the new one, the stock looks much better. I hope and believe it will not snap in half when fired like the old one did ;)

Thanks to Frontier.
