As someone who has dealt regularly with international shipments you must have a better idea when things are arriving. I would suggest a regular(weekly) updating when things are Most Likely expected to be ready for shipments to customers. It is the unknown that irritates folks. We all know things change ---But just tell us! No disrecpect just trying to be helpful to you and your customers Regards

I have some 30 years of importing/exporting experience and have cleared and accounted for everything from an airliner to human remains. Notwithstanding a "force majeure", you can set your watch on arrival schedules. What you can't predict is the governmental red tape. All bets are off as it concerns import/export permit approval times, followed by in-transit, Customs examination and processing when importing firearms or related materials.
