Norc M305 charging problem

I know this MUST have been brought up in previous threads but I cant find it.

New M305 and when I charge it the bolt rotates then feels like the bolt or Op-rod is getting hung up on something. I have to put significant back pressure on the op rod to get it to charge. Ive had to foot charge it a few times. After the hammer is cocked it works better. Any ideas on how to fix it. (or a link to the proper thread to read)

Did you grease it?

Oh yes its been greased. Maybe a few hundred rounds will loosen it up.

is the barrel properly indexed?

firing 20-40 rounds loosened both of mine up
