Norc M4 Fake can?

Has anyone installed a fake can on there Nork? is it even possible with the thread pitch. what about a custom flash hider.

The Norc M4 muzzle threads are the same as North American ones. I have a Vortex on mine, there's no reason you couldn't fit a fake can - should be easy.

If you check the Norc #### thread I have a picture of mine with the
spikes one on it.

I didn't want the barrel any longer so I got the spikes one that mounts back over the barrel like a shroud.

Of course, the spikes one is made for a 16" barrel and the norc is only 14.5". So I put it in the lathe
and cut about 1 1/4" off the can, then rounded the end the same profile as the original,
then just painted the can black again. Fit excellent.

Only about 15 minutes work and I like it.

The shroud type can is too long because it's meant for a longer barrel.
I cut about 1 1/4" off the can and rounded the edge on a lathe to make it fit.

Made some simple mistakes....flat black paint I bought turned out to be semi-gloss...
so my first try to just paint the end was no good...so said wtf and painted the whole thing.

2nd....bought the can with spikes logo...and then ended up painting over it. Wtf again.

I am happy with it.

Just got my Norc M4 today and I'll be putting a spike's fake can on soon.

My first black rifle. Is there an easy way to take off the flash hider without a vice?
