Norc M4 Problem

I was at the range yesterday trying out my new Norc M4 and had a little issue with it. The buffer dentent popped out of its hole and fouled up spring. Luckily I found the detent in the trigger group, but ruined a perfectly good day of shooting. Has anyone else had a problem like this before? Is it just that the buffer assembly has not been screwed in further?

Also, anyone know where I can get a replacement spring for this detent?

Perhaps the buffer tube is not screwed in far enough to retain the buffer detent.
Would a spring from a ball point pen be usable?

Maybe try Brownells in the states or any local gun smith who services ARs?
