Restricteds are useless.

I wouldn't say useless but I understand your perspective. I live in a rural area and would rather be able to shoot on my own property without having to fork out for a certified range or only be restricted to one day a week with it at the range. However, if getting this thing early means it needs to be restricted I'm game.
