Norinco 1911 9mm conversion kit

I'd like one, but the price has to be competitive with a regular, full-sized 9mm norinco.

It appears to be just some NP29 parts. The positive implication being that you could buy a complete N29 and just switch the parts over. If they offered it in a conversion kit form, at a cheaper price, I believe it would be an attractive alternative.

changing the ejector is not an hot-swap thing... more like a modification than a conversion kit

Most of these kits seem to be relatively expensive, I am not sure I see the application for these kits. You can buy a 9mm, for close to the same price and save wearing out the other components in the original 1911!

the price on the link includes a .45acp 1911a1 pistol + the 9mm np29 conversion slide, not just the conversion.

Here is a rough translation of the description:

So the price it is not that bad considering they are selling the .45 alone 500 euros, and the package for 700 euros, so I guess that if we ever get this conversion kit, and considering the price we pay for the full pistol here in canada, It could be in the 150-200$ range max. At that price, I'll buy one in a second!
