Whats the second best part of owning a Norinco, first Still being rich ?
Playing the Apprentice gunsmith without worrying
Thanks to Brownells Less then 7 days delivery.
I went out in my Downtown Montreal Locker to play with my Dremel
Fitted and polished a Wilson combat barrel bushing with Patrick Sweeney help (gunsmithing Pistol & revolver 3rd edition)
Much more Tighter fit now, I can wait to see if accuracy will be improved.
I now need a barrel bushing wrench to ease disassemble (anybody as a spare one? )
I also like the Added bling
Also got a Full length guide rod kit with Shock buff system
Not in the gun yet because I want to try it this way first and will bring the kit to the range and do some field Smithing
Plus I got a new SS beaver tail safety, But like a Noob realize too late that I had to buy a new hammer to make it fit (anybody as a spare one ?)
Also got some goodies for the SPR AR. That JP cleaning rod with the link is a Dream come true for range cleaning.
I will make a Field report this week end
