OMG! I cannot believe how many online and phone-in customers are getting screwed by this outfit. Yeah thanks to the postal strike- this will just give Badger another excuse to use.
Trust me when I say if you order via phone or online, the chances of your order getting messed up is very high! I know! My experience with this shop is absolutely preposterous! From the time my order was taken and from the time I cancelled my order....I had nothing but headache and annoyance. Based on my experience and what I went through- I would rate their "order taking department" - incompetent. All I got was excuses after excuses. I'm sure every member here in this forum that went through or is currently going through all this hassle and stress would agree with me.
I said this before and I'll say it again- I'm sure these people from Badger are nice folks (in person). I'm sure they treat their walk-in customers with smiles and the appropriate attention they deserve. I think their problem is with phone-in and online orders. Their system (for lack of a better word) sucks! They take all your info as well as your credit card # without giving you any order number or any reference number in return! Then they say...we will call you when we ship it. hahahaha! Good luck with that!

This is the point when all the BS starts.
Yeah that's right I'm angry and still upset with what I went through. I wasted so much time and energy. And I want people (potential buyers) to know what it is like to order online or over the phone. I only speak for myself. Sure you may have a different opinion...you may have had a pleasant experience. Good for you! I didn't! And I'm a pretty reasonable, rational, and easy going kind of person. But the staff from this place really pushed me to my limits.
