Exactly! One thing's is for sure...they are consistent. Consistent in messing up phone-in and online orders!!! You would think by now they would have stepped up and beefed up the way they take and process orders. But I get the same excuses all the frickin time- "we are extremely busy...we ship out 30-40 orders a day....blah blah blah".
Really?! That's not even the point! The point is- be more organized and return customers calls and emails promptly! This is the exact reason why they hired a "call taker" and an "order-taker" in the first place! Still they lose paperwork and such!
The impression I got from Armand was...he doesn't mind pissing off a few people here and there...as long as NEW orders keep coming in. His exact words to me "oh well".

this is exactly why i didn't post anything about the poor customer service i received from badger. Cause i knew there'd be the "oh you must be a whiner" replies. I don't post after you saying that you're a kiss-ass, so why can't i get the same respect?
All i know is that i had got terrible service. Plain and simple. I'm sure there are people who had better service, but my point was that if badger is so wonderful, how come everytime i come on here i see the same post ("...ordered a 2 months ago and have sent e-mails etc and gotten no response...") from different individuals?
I don't see this same recurring theme from customers of other stores, why is that?
