So I ordered on of these just about a month ago, gave my credit card info and everything and still there have been no charges on my card and no transfer notice in the mail. I have been sending emails and private messages and haven't gotten any replies. I was told at the time I ordered it that I would have it in two weeks. I would really like to know was is happening with order is it the transfer that is taking forever?
 
I would assume that the postal strike effects all current orders but it should not interfere with the transfer process. Give Badger Arms Supply a call and see what they say in person.
I hope you'll get your Norinco soon.
 
This isn't a negative thread. Ive heard really good things about badger and that why I order from there. Also the prices are good. I am in no way bad mouthing them. I just wanted to know what the status of my order was and since I was getting no responses by email or private message I thought I would try posting here to see If I could get a response.

I hope it all works out for you, but like I said there have been others that were not so lucky.

I personally have never gotten a response from several Emails and PM's sent to Badger and everytime I called I got some lady who told me to email and Id get a quick reply.

Ya I thought I would have the transfer notice by now. Ive never had on take this long. My next step will be to call, but I dont have a very good long distance plan so I would rather not if I dont have to.
 
OMG! I cannot believe how many online and phone-in customers are getting screwed by this outfit. Yeah thanks to the postal strike- this will just give Badger another excuse to use.

Trust me when I say if you order via phone or online, the chances of your order getting messed up is very high! I know! My experience with this shop is absolutely preposterous! From the time my order was taken and from the time I cancelled my order....I had nothing but headache and annoyance. Based on my experience and what I went through- I would rate their "order taking department" - incompetent. All I got was excuses after excuses. I'm sure every member here in this forum that went through or is currently going through all this hassle and stress would agree with me.

I said this before and I'll say it again- I'm sure these people from Badger are nice folks (in person). I'm sure they treat their walk-in customers with smiles and the appropriate attention they deserve. I think their problem is with phone-in and online orders. Their system (for lack of a better word) sucks! They take all your info as well as your credit card # without giving you any order number or any reference number in return! Then they say...we will call you when we ship it. hahahaha! Good luck with that!:bsFlag: This is the point when all the BS starts.

Yeah that's right I'm angry and still upset with what I went through. I wasted so much time and energy. And I want people (potential buyers) to know what it is like to order online or over the phone. I only speak for myself. Sure you may have a different opinion...you may have had a pleasant experience. Good for you! I didn't! And I'm a pretty reasonable, rational, and easy going kind of person. But the staff from this place really pushed me to my limits.

x2 --- 2 months of trying = nothing but delays and bad experience AND THERE WAS NO POSTAL STRIKE at the time.

like he said - I'm sure that some people especially walk-in customers get attention - but there are allot of people steaming about there treatment as well. Our $$ is the same as the walk-in -- we pay in full & fast AND FULL PRICE but treated poorly.

there are allot of companies out there that sell the same thing and would appreciate our business , and do so with a smile - that's where I'll spend my future $$
 
Timing...

I got all wound up over the lack of response from them also. But I've since learned that they are doing something that not many businesses would ever attempt- a physical move, a record-keeping reorganization with untried software to merge 2 companies together, a grand opening at a new location with minimal staff, and all the while undergoing federal inspector scrutiny. And then toss in the postal strike to cause stock delays when your stock levels were reduced to do the move. Ringling Bros couldn't do a better job.
Once I understood their situation, I could clearly see what they were up against and their task was complicated by bad timing on a number of unforseen issues.
When they get this all organized I'm sure they could write a book on how to do this more effectively for other businesses to follow.

really? that sounds odd to me.I've bought 13 guns and tons of ammo from them since they bannered on CGN.The 1st gun armand delivered personally because there was a mix up with my ATT.Since then Badger has been my go to shop.Shop around you can't beat Badger's prices.That's been my experience anyway
