I bought a case of Norinco .223 Remington Yellow box about 10 years ago and just fired some yesterday across my Chronograph, 55gr were travelling between 3480 - 3555 fps. I tried some of my 55gr reloads, I made them a little hotter than the Nosler book had show for max, but I had worked the load up over time, shows no pressure signs and my rifle loves them for accuracy, they were going across the chrongraph at 3180 - 3240. I can't believe how hot those Norinco are loaded, anyone else had any experience with the Norinco's
