Norinco .45ACP availability in Metro Vancouver

Lowest price on .45ACP I can find in Metro Vancouver currently is $310 per thousand at Lever Arms for Norinco. That is their regular price. Anyone find anything less expensive or same price from a CGN supporting dealer?

I know there is one dealer that is $10 less per thousand but they want you to buy 10,000 rounds -- which is a little bit much for me and my pocketbook.
 
I'm hoping that one of the dealers may have a sale again this fall. CanadaAmmo had a deal on buy 4 cases of the Norinco 45acp and get 1 free last year. Works out to just over $0.26 per round + taxes. So cheap that I'm not even looking at getting into reloading yet, although I am saving the brass from my range sessions. I'm working my way through it now. It shoots a little dirtier, some of the brass is a little corroded and/or gritty. Have had maybe 1 or 2 rounds out of a hundred that didn't load properly - slide would get stuck ~1/4" open. Took the round out, scrubbed off the corrosion and grit and it fed just fine. Will definitely stock up on it again if there's a sale this fall.

btw - if you want to have the stuff delivered free instead of picking it up, then CanadaAmmo will price match down to $310 if you call them.
