In my experience, with several thousand "CJ95" headstamped Norinco .223, it is reasonable good for reloading:

1) It has about the same H2O case capacity as Winchester.
2) The flash hole is frequently off-centre leading to a rejection of the worst (about 10%)
3) It has some kind of transparent lacquer coating which usually disappears after third firing.
