Norinco 9MM rifle ?

but looking at the pictures it looks like a prototype...look at the imperfections in the receiver....that's really bad ...the mag release doesn't look functional either.

yeah, it looks like a prototype. I think it won't be in production if no enough orders. The factory is 296 (Jianshe Industries Co., Ltd) if the info I got is correct.
