Norinco aftermarket grips

I've done a quick search and haven't found an answer to the question I have about my newest pistol. I just picked up a NP 22(Sig P226 Clone) and I want to start buying some accessories for it. Basically would a factory Sig or a Hogue grip designed for the P226 fit on my pistol without a lot of alterations? Thanks
