I've had no issues with the Norinco ammo thru my Mosin. None thru my m305 either. No safety issues but I have to work on my accuracy out to 100yrds with iron.
My Mosin likes it. Shoots the same as the russian milsurp ammo I have. Just treat it as corrosive. I treat anything with a berdan primer as corrosive, so I clean after every outing. No issues.
