Norinco AR gas tube help?

So trying to put a quad rail on my Norinco CQ. Up to the part of getting the BCM low profile block on, but ran into some issues.
a) It doesn't slide easily onto the barrel.
b) The gas tube does not actually fit in its hole in the block.

Pretty sure I can fix the barrel fitment, but don't think I should be filing the gas tube or drilling out the block.
Any one else have the issue with the gas tube block?

would be the Nork that is out of spec....get a new gas tube.

the other end of the gas tube may not fit the gas key if it is chinese spec and not mil spec.

I used some sanding cloth to shine up my barrel to the point where the new gas block could be seated without resorting to a hammer. My tube fit the block fine...I forget the brand...Midwest I think. I just bought the cheapest low pro block I could find.

Lots of new gas tubes in stock if you need one.
China spec. Not mil spec is what the problems you have.
That said a good fit or even a tight fit can beed seen on different gas tubes to gas blocks.
