Norinco Brass for Reloading?

I was looking at the deal on CanadaAmmo.com (1600 rounds of Norinco .223) and was wondering what their brass is like for reloading.

Anyone know?

I do not know from experience, but have read that some Norinco stuff is actually steel, not brass and cannot be reloaded. Ask CanadaAmmo!

says on canada ammo that the .223 is boxer primed reloadable, i've only heard of people reloading the .45acp (succesfully without issues) not so much the .223 yet.

from my understanding the norinco .223 is brass/boxer so would be reloadable. The .45 is as well.

Almost all the other ammo norinco makes is steel cased..

I have reloaded that Norinco yellow box .223. As far as I am concerned it is as waste of a good bullet,primer and powder.When resizing, I found many of the flash holes were significantly off center.I also found that the commercial Winchester brass I was using with the same load gave better consistency (tighter groups, less deviation in velocity shot to shot).If you are unconcerned about producing top quality reloads,just banging away, then go for it.
