Norinco commercial mauser 98

Does anyone have a Norinco made rifle with what appears to be a commercial mauser 98 action? I have seen these for sale advertised as a M-304 I believe.
All the ones I have seen were chambered in .308 Win. Does anyone know where I could buy one? I know Valley Guns had them at one time but don't see anymore.

The ones previously imported had headspace /barrel issues and were destroyed AFAIK. A few got through, as well as actions.
