Norinco CQ-A Butt Stock and Quad Rail Question

I am wondering if anyone knows if the butt stocks on these M4's are milspec or not? I would like to order a Magpul butt stock but there is milspec and non milspec and i am wondering which one to get. Also what quad rails would you all recomend?

OK so I knew it was commercial but I don’t know if i CAN SWITCH it to MILSPEc tube?

Yes you can. Remove the commercial tube and install a milspec tube.

no they are not milspec 1.14" comercial is 1.17" ,I have the yankee hill quad rail it's a bit heavy but it works fine

The OD of the tube is smaller on the milspec, but the threads (where it screws into the lower) are the same for both. So feel free to switch away.

The hole the tube threads into is the same commercial or milspec.
