Norinco CQ - Uppers Sold Separately?

Hello all, does anyone know it Norinco sells uppers separately. I currently have a 10.5 and was thinking about getting a 14.5 upper for better accuracy. Reason I am inquiring about Norinco is the lower price of course.

Yes, some of the dealers here have them from time to time. Ellwood Epps appears to have 4 in stock for $499 each at the moment.

I did a Google search and found a few uppers for sale, prices are quite high, might as well save a bit more and buy a brand new complete rifle. Sorry, not sure how to delete my thread, otherwise I would
