I've got one. Works great. Finish is a bit 'Vietnam grey' as opposed to black. And as gallen said, the stock handguard/grip is a little ugly but cheap to replace.
The only thing you must keep in mind when buying one is that the threading on the stock parts is a 'metric' thread, while 'normal' AR's come with 'imperial' threading.
Basically mounting a collapsable/3rd party stock requires an adapter or some rough mashing on your part. Fabsports.ca sells parts specifically for the CQ311 in cases where it wouldn't fit regular AR-15's.
I threw one of the Tactical Solutions AR-22 M4-style .22LR uppers on it. Fit was very snug, with no wiggle, bounce, jingling, etc. Stock trigger is somewhat stiff.
I'm happy with it thus far, couple thousand rounds in.
