norinco disassembly trigger group cant get out

trying to clean up my shorty and have been looking in the manual and youtube. Seems simple from what ive seen but on mine i lift the trigger gaurd and pull on it but its a no go looks super tight and dont wanna use to much force on the gaurd.
Anyone have the trick to getting this bad boy out?

use a small screwdriver thru the hole in the back of the guard and pry it. Mines too stiff to do by hand as well. Should easily just pop up with a tool.

Tight trigger groups? Did someone say tight trigger groups? That's magic to my ears. Match rifles like them in there nice and tight! Count your blessings! I like a tough-to-clamp down rifle!
