Norinco JW-103 'Bush Ranger' 7.62x39mm Rifle

anybody have/ use one of these lil rifles?
i need to know how to disassemble the bolt, to remove the cosmo. im getting about 25% missfires , but if i recock, they will go on the second strike. my guess is if the inside of the bolt is anything like the inside of the rest of the rifle, it simply needs to be cleaned out

Try some solvent and compressed air then oil and compressed air again....

Right on..I'm guessing your shooting surplus ?
I've had pretty good success shooting surplus with the bush ranger but you do get the occasional primer that needs a second hit....
It's been a while so I can't remember how many needed second hits but it was maybe one in ten?
I've got a single shot in 7.62X39 that won't ignite surplus primers at all..

Is there not little manual for these rifles?

Sounds to me that the bolt needs a cleaning, or perhaps the spring need replacing.

Did you buy this from Marstar?

It's not in the manual.
I just looked at my bolt and I'd start by removing the slotted set screw and then un-thread the back cap on the bolt.
Looks pretty straight forward, un #### the bolt to reduce spring pressure.
