Hi....yes, I have a couple Champion" 25-round banana mags marked "fits Marlin 70-795....and they work great...after just a tiny bit of sanding, as I outlined in detail if you search "JW-14 mags" on this site...
Your rifle may not even need the filing/sanding. Mine was ever so slightly "squishing" the mag's sides in and preventing the next round from moving up to the top. Literally 30 seconds with a flat file, and they work great!
