Not much help here, sorry. I had been looking online for probably close to a year before I stumbled across one NIB at BP a few months ago. It was the last one they had. You never know where one might be hiding, could be worth a few phone calls.
EDIT: h ttps://www.marksmanguns.ca/product-page/norinco-jw-20
They are pretty widely available on the used market here and elsewhere. Kind of hard to search for as many sellers don't know what to call them in their ads. I think they're easily worth the $200+ asking prices you see, nothing really compares to them except the $800+ Brownings they are copying. Especially if you can trust the seller and they have thoroughly tested it.
I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt we'll see another shipment of these. But you never know. Apparently Norinco will make anything you ask them to, but now it's got to be in greater quantity than ever. Why would an importer bother with a seacan full of these when higher margins are probably available for the same investment dollars with something else? I think the only reason we had the crazy low prices earlier was because it was the the batch that had been sitting on a dock somewhere since the 90s hoping to be sold in the US.
