Anyone get one of these with NUMEROUS issues? I get that they are a cheap gun but wow. Heres the list of mine:

- Stock cracked in 2 places (inside and not visible when assembled)
- Terrible sear on one side (hair trigger)
- Both trigger assemblies very sticky
- ALL screws on the gun loose
- Break open lever gouging into receiver
- Tar substance in barrel
- Hard to open/close

I managed to fix all these issues but I haven't shot it yet to test it out. Cool gun and cheap but I didn't expect to spend hours getting it ready to shoot!

From the reading I've been doing, they're very hit or miss. And perhaps some people have lower standards than others, so as long as it goes 'bang', it's good enough.

Did you consider warranty, rather than messing around with it?

Did you take any pictures of it disassembled and what you had to do with it?

I'm interested in buying one, but I want to know what I'm getting into...

Not interested in warranty, don't want to have to clean and fix another one! I like tinkering anyways. I just didnt expect to do so much, maybe I got one of the shtty ones. Ill see when I go and shoot it.

Just returned from first trip to the range.
My JW-2000 held up better than expected after 20 rounds (target loads) and pretty accurate at about 12 meters.
I had to tighten some screws and of course the break open lever is scratching the receiver but nothing major.

I tried some slugs too, I think 5 thru each barrel, at 25 meters and here are the results:

I would say it's not bad for start.

One thing that irked me it was the store I bought it from insisting on taking down my name, address, phone number. In top of my license info.
And that was last week. The deal was too good to pass but I don't think they gonna see me back soon.

Well I took the thing to the range to shoot, what a pile. When you pull the right trigger, it shoots the left too! Its getting soft strikes on the left side also. Hard to open after shooting as well, had to hammer the release lever to get it to open up. I'm done with norinco, every gun I have bought of theirs is complete junk. rant over
