Norinco JW 21A help.

Hey!

I've been having trouble with my Norinco JW 21A I bought off a user here. I sprayed a little bit of CLP and went to the range, worked for a little bit (10 rounds) before rounds started dumping into the chamber, the tube would empty all the rounds inside while open. Another issue ive found is the feed ramp chewing my rounds before cambering the round. Here is a picture of the round after its been loaded and ejected. https://imgur.com/a/7pq40QF
I'm not sure if this is a problem but im sure its not suppose to do that.

Any help would be great, ive never owned a lever action before, any help resolving or minimizing these issues would be great!

PS. I am aware it is Chinese and is cheaply made, but i expect it to work decently rather than 2 rounds then jamming with the issues mentioned above.

Either something is sticking, bent or broken. I'm not entirely sure how they work but, there would be a device that would move when you work the action that allows one shell to feed from the tube; then it would return and prevent a second one from feeding on top of the first one. Unless I had the rifle to study that is the best I can offer.
