norinco jw14 dissasembly help

After you unscrew the back and take the spring out, move the bolt to the back, and turn the bolt handle, it should just slide out. When replacing you need to depress a small notch on the gun with a pin. It hard to describe.

Google " Norinco JW-14 disassembly video" and you'll find a very helpful video . I have it set as a Favourite on my computer. Or, if you're anywhere near Elmira, drop by, and I'll help you out ! It's a little intimidating to disassemble and reassemble the first time, but it gets easier !

Pretty hard to explain without pics. Did you push the disconnector when you pushed the bolt forward? It's in a small hole in the trigger group. Can't remember if you use a small pin to push it forward or backward. The bolt should then slide into "battery" position. As you reassemble all the springs and pieces behind the bolt, take your time and be careful. If the "spin-on" piece binds or stops threading in freely, back it out and try again. Good luck !
