Norinco JW14?

Hey guys, just saw a norinco jw14 semi auto 22 for 105$ at Canadian Tire. Is this a decent 22?
Why don't I see any being sold in the EE on this forum? Would this be a pretty good investment? I'm deciding whether I should get this rifle next or the SKS which is 80$ more.

They are decent. A little rough around the edges, but not bad. Extra Mags not too easy to get. Get both if you can. Both shoot prodigious amounts of relatively "cheap" ammo. I'd do the SKS first. (chinese or russian?)
