I picked up a Canada Ammo warrenty return(cracked stock) JW20 from the 'bargain center' for my friend after the regular supply had run out.After careful gluing with epoxy and sanding with 600 grit,the crack is hard to even see and when matched with stain and sprayed with clearcoat will be virtualy invisible by casual inspection.Not bad for $90...

I'll try to get pictures when its finished,but truth be told,you can't see the repair anyway,it came together perfectly and the epoxy should make it really strong.I doubt very much most of these rifles will ever be taken down other than for cleaning(taking then apart by holding the wrist instead of the reciever is a common cause of cracking at the wrist)
