Norinco JW25A info?!

lots of people like them? LOL, thats why I bought one, I love the look of them, but can't afford to shoot my 8mm one, so I got one that shoots 5cents a round instead of over a buck a round.

I can't really find anything bad about them from world wide reviews on different forums. Sure not everyone likes the wood finish, and there are some small rough stuff about the metal work, and of course its not really a mauser. But they are supposed to be accurate, reliable and fun. And reasonably cheap.
 
thanks for the info, Just wanted to make sure i didnt hear "maaaaaaan it jams all the time!" or "the wood stock rotted away, damn norinco!"

I have one, and I have a Norinco JW15 Backpacker too. The 25 is a much heftier gun than I imagined it would be, and it's accurate too. I'd love to get a scope on it to see just how accurate it is, but I think it would ruin the look of it. I also think it would need to be relatively high to clear the rear sights and/or have a very small objective end. Unlike my Backpacker, the 25 has pretty decent iron sights and is just oozing with character. And cosmoline. I've tried to get it out of the bolt with both guns and even when I think I have, I still find more. Doesn't effect the function. One criticism I have of the 25 is that the mags seem to be a tight fit. Norinco .22lr JW mags are notoriously sh***y, so I only use CZ 452 mags in mine. Plastic or metal 5-rounders, both too tight..but I've yet to bother trying to figure out why. Cool guns for sure, and excellent value too. I feel fortunate to own one. ;)
