So I bought one of them from marstar and Field stripped it and now the thing wont go back togeather... When I go to install teh back strap it doesnt want to grab the spring correctly in the slide.. Any suggestions?

Not saying anything against you, but I find most questions from people regarding the M-93 are from people that failed to read the instructions included, thoroughly, before attacking said firearm. This is a complicated little firearm, as far as takedown is concerned, but easy, if you follow the directions implicitly.

Other than that, I really didn't understand your question. Maybe a better explanation, or even pictures, may help the rest of us figure out your problem. Most of us have been there and should have a solution, if a better explanation is provided.

the back strap seems to grab the spring on the underside of the slide but misses the Metal pin running inside the the spring completly... I think the spring is out to far for the back strap to properly fit..

Make sure the recoil spring is compressed in the slide, it has to be all the way in and retained by that flat metal peice ...

and it's a real PITA to get it in there.

even the colt manuals talk about the EXTREMELY SHARP EDGES -i've got a lot of guns, and there's 2 i've vowed never to detail strip- a m93 and a nylon 66
