Free shipping over $200, so all I would pay is 5% GST on the $449 price. As Simon noted, that is $471.45 for a brand new rifle, with warranty (for whatever that is worth). Paying $450 for an unknown used one is a bad choice, IMO. Math like yours does explain some of the prices on the EE, though.

True story right there. I'd buy a USED Norc M14 for $325 with just a mag, maybe $350 max, but they'd have to have low mileage. You guys thinkin $450 are just nuts. I rarely toss my money away. Certainly not on the internet. If I truly wanted to part with my money for no reason, I'd get married again.

I was thinking they were more like $469 + $60.97 HST + about $30 shipped. Didn't see the Canam name.

Nice deal! Couldn't have been off the EE - you'd pay that for the mags there.:rolleyes:

I recently bought a couple from Lever Arms. Just under $500 each with all taxes and shipped to my door, brand new with 2 5/20's. Have only opened one so far but it's a good one.:cool:
 
lol I got my one and only Norc M14 used from a buddy.

He was the second owner making me the 3rd at time of purchase.

He sold it to me for $300.

Now that was a deal. Mind you I had to weld the op rod guide straight, replace the rear sights with used M1A set and picked up a Boyds walnut stock when they were on sale unfinished a ways back and I have put many many a round through her.

But again If I ever put her up for sale I would ask $400 shipped only to break even on the hard to get Boyds Walnut stock. And even then I would feel like a dumb ass :D
