Off the cuff, if the bolt is clipping the barrel, it's likely a sign of over index.
Sloppy bolt with ammo in chamber, or empty? If the chamber is empty, then this is normal. If there is a round in the chamber and the bolt is sloppy that is not something desirable, but also many not be indicative of a serious problem.
