It should, the new norc M4's comply with AR15 specifications.
Just got my CMMG .22 conversion kit yesterday from the good folks at Questar and took 'er out this morning to give 'er a try in my CQ556. I had read that you may experience some FTFs/FTEs in the first couple hundred rounds so my objective today was just to put a bunch of rounds through her, not shooting for accuacy .
I experienced about 8 FTE's in the first 50-60 rounds using Fed 525 bulk pack. Then I switched to CCI minimags and had one FTE in 100 rounds. Switched back to the Fed and still had the occational FTE. Put about 250 rounds through her altogether and had better results with the CCI.

I see no reason why it wouldn't work in a Nork.
I just got one for my 14.5" LMT. I've shot 250 rounds through it with no failures. I've used three kinds of ammo: Remington high velocity, Remington hyper velocity and run of the mill federal.
The Black Dog Machine magazines hold 27 without the last shot hold open feature and 26 with the last shot hold open feature.
