Norinco M4 review/mods (cqb reference)

I'm almost 100% sure its 556. Norinco originally produced this rifle for military use...including the fun switch :D. They are just manufacturing it to make money from the civilian community (semi auto). I have made reloads out of everything from federal 223, to IVI 556, and all of my loads are hot (26 grains of win 748)....shoot whatever you got ;)

muhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I’m willing to sacrifice my norc m4 for this test but I can’t find any m855 or m193 grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Americans, went to cabelas at LACEY Washington and they had stock piles of ammo

The first batch that came in had serial numbers on the upper (underside of the FA) that were no where near the rest of the gun, and the uppers were full auto - like they'd just pulled them off another production line and plonked them on civi lowers. The first batch were definitely 5.56mm. I'm surprised no one ran any of that PMC M855 that TSE had through a Norc. If anyone from TSE is looking at this, we need more of that - but given the current circumstances in S. Korea I doubt there's much surplus at the moment.
