hi, guys i was wondering if norinco m43 ammo is accurate in a norinco sks. Ammo is 123gr. steel core fmj and also is it corrosive? Opinions and advise needed!

I think the Norinco stuff is non-corrosive. Accuracy will be typical with an SKS, 3-5MOA.

the new stuff late '80's and later should be non corrosive.
the '70's stuff in copper washed "brass" in brown packages is probably corrosive...

Treat it ALL as corrosive and you'll be safer.

The norinco silver box non corrosive is good stuff. Have to buy some more of it. It use to have a mild steel core though but I don't know if the newest stuff is the same or not, they say it is the same.

It's very good ammo, regardless of whether or not it's corrosive.
