Norinco MP-29 question

Are the dimension he same as the 1911? As in if I have a holster for a 1911 in .45 ACP the 9mm will fit? I ask because the discription of the handgun uses terms such as "like" and "similar".

Can anyone confirm? It would be much appreciated.

As far as I can tell, yes. My NP29 is nearly, if not identical to my other 1911
