It doesn't fit. The NP22 is based on the German version (internal extractor), while the conversion kit fits the American version (external extractor).

The Sig mags fit the NP22, but don't drop free. On the other hand, the Norc mags fit and drop free very nicely in a Sig for half the price.

And MikeHammer is correct, the sights are not interchangeable.

The grips are interchangeable, but oddly enough the grip screws are not. Don't lose your Norc grip screws, it'll be almost impossible to find another one.
