Nope, the GSG is a little smaller than of full size 1911.

So I read through the thread, and it tells me that the GSG top end will not work with a NP29. But what about the conversion kit from GSG that Blue Line spoke of?

I'm looking for a convenient conversion kit for my NP29 as well, and I've come across a lot of options (GSG, Ciener, Wilson Combat, Marvel), but none are confirmed to work yet. Does anyone know of a sure-fire way to convert a Norinco NP29 to fire .22lr?

hmmm, im still waiting on my gsg pistol to show up then actually do a comparison between my gsg conv kit, and an actual gsg pistol. but as far as the conversion kit goes it fits right onto my norc 1911a1 and works fine?
