Norinco NP30

Can anyone tell me anything about this pistol?

In particular, what is or is not common to other 19911 compatible pistols. Eg, triggers, springs, firing pins, barrels, ejectors, etc.

Also, if anyone has personal experence of the Norinco NP30, I would be interestered to hear it.

I have one for about a year and a half, double stack, almost everything else is common. Other than the sights and grips, mine is still stock and it shoots extremely well.

It came with extended an extended ambidextrious safety and an extended slide release.

The mags as far as I know, are totally proprietary to the gun. I have 4 in total, and two are starting to bulge and are a little tight going into the gun when fully loaded. Marstar has the mags for $35 I think.

It is a pretty good gun, especially at that price point. Mine shoots very well and is quite accurate. It will eat any ammo you throw at it, but works best with ball (of course). The extended ambi controls are a nice touch. Heck, even the finish is not too bad!

I bought mine used and have put a few thousand trouble free rounds through it. All for $300!
