Norinco Railed M4 package. Where to buy?

Hey folks,
I was planning to purchase a Norinco M4 package for 799 in the next day or so from Frontier, and thought I might as well check to see whether anyone knows of the same package elsewhere or perhaps a better deal.

It seems like a good one, rails, foregrip, etc, but I'm open to shopping around (or private sales if you happen to read this and are selling.

If I were to configure one with a railed fore end it would already be more expensive,

aside from the fact that theyre sold out anyway.

I would buy the basic model for $699 and bling it up at my leisure......

on the 14.5" model of the M4, what length of railed foreend would I get?

I'm not very familiar with AR accessories and i've seen a few different lengths of them around.
