Norinco Revolver?

Hi CanAm. Does Norinco make any revolvers? I think it would be awesome if Norinco could make a clone of the 357 Magnum. I'm sure many firearm owners would be interested in that. Any chance of that happening?

The NP58 factory tried, but gave up. Frankly, no market. The cheap revolver market is dead. The medium end is filled nicely by Taurus. A revolver is difficult to make and is labour intensive compared to autos.

One factory does make a police gun in a wierd non-standard calbre.

Are the Norinco semi-automatic handguns built pretty well. The 1911 police models look pretty nice.

Off topic, but does anyone know where I can order or purchase Mateba regardless of price ?
Or maybe just order restricted barrel for it?

A type of 9 mm police revolver is being manufactured and is used to equip policemen in China. The only concern or the only modification they need to make in order to export to Canada is to make the barrel longer. The current barrel length is below 4".
