I recently saw a Norc CQ unbagged and it only had a bit of grease on and down the barrel and just a little bit of oil in the BCG. Other than that, it was dry as a desert.

Field and detail strip it, soak parts in varsol/paint thinner, clean with rags, lube it up, re-assemble, go to the range, watch your ammo supply dwindle.

Just got one yesterday, not much grease at all.
Detailed strip, used CLP, put back together, off to the range.

No problems other than the irons sights and carry handle that came with it are a little loose.

Fill bag with rocks, tie it off, throw norinco into fast deep river!
