Norinco Shotgun question

What's the difference between the Norinco HP9 12ga with 14" Barrel and the similar 14" (Non HP9) norinco ?
Just wondering because SFRC sells both and the HP9 is $20 more

HP9s are imported from BELL Outdoors and are interchangeable with many 870 parts.

Despite their description, I believe that particular HP9 has as a 14" barrel, while the other Norinco has a 12.5" barrel.
