What is the purpose of this?
Do you put your head in the big loop?

I still don't understand how the sling for the Norinco m4 works... I think I'm better off not using it..

an abomination is what it is, mine is going in the junk pile and buying a good one

Mine is to be modified with a plastic snap... much like the Uncle Mikes patrol sling. The materials on sling are first rate but the execution leaves much to be desired...

Dont throw them out.
