They prohib'd and ordered them confiscated. Look around, lots of threads on it.

Then just donate the $20... I opted for the shirt & the funds are donated to Tetan's NFA test case re: the T97.

I think they are back under the microscope again. I just contacted Canada Ammo yesterday and was told that they are still taking pre-orders and that they were hoping to see them sometime this winter as non-restricted.

I hope so and put my name on the list but I'm not holding my breath.

That would be awesome news (I've had my order in almost a year now). I'm trying to think positive here...but unless the latest ones that got held up are substantially different from the confiscated ones then I'd think that this winter would be premature and that the earliest would be after the hearing (if won). Just a guess...
