Nork is almost done!!! pics

Fluxcore,

Nice looking rig. My brother in law was thinking of doing something like that.

If you dont mind me asking but i was interested in getting an AR-15, what does that whole set up cost you? I mean a plain jane stock AR is 1600 bux, like what am i looking at here? I wouldnt no even where to start to make a gun like that.

If you don't mind buying a Norinco the cost is about $700 plus tax and shipping. Add on the extras and you can have yourself a nice looking rig for under $1600.

Well my Nork is about finished now, all i need is some pop up sights and maybe a flash light. The finish on mine is almost flawless so I'm extremely impressed with how its turned out. I hold my AR with my hand around the mag well so I added the grip tape (other side to) and i really like the grip it provides. I think Ive turned chicken sh!t into chicken soup:p

;)

Something like this...

You guys could at least take a key and scratch those things a little so it at least looks like they get use! :stirthepot2: Other than that they sure look nice!

Um, silencers are illegal...

I am pretty sure this is a joke but in case it isn't I am pretty sure that is a Spike's Tactical fake suppressor or "can". They do look pretty cool and it is one of the things I wouldn't mind adding to mine but I think I just want a different flash hider, back up iron sights, new grip, stock ....

The addiction continues.

Looks good, we'll have to go shooting in the spring.....I'll even let you have a go with my 300 Whisper when it's done.

.

Now were talking!!!!!! I cant wait to get out and do some shooting with you. your 300 Whisper is going to be one extremely fun range toy:D, I'm drooling at the chance to squeeze of a few rounds with it. I really think of my nork as an entry level black rifle(my first and the start of something) Ive been blown away with all the options an AR is capable of, and I would never have realized it until I found my cheap nork, now I'm hooked. I'm going to start a new AR project this march, one that I completely building myself starting with a striped lower.
